Over seven years designing products in fintech, healthtech and B2B SaaS, from the first question to the final screen.
I started in journalism, and my first job in tech was in content at Dootax, a tax automation SaaS, writing manuals, trainings and release notes. From that seat I saw the product had no one looking at the experience, pitched the creation of a UX area to the founders and ended up leading it.
After that I designed products at Cielo, in payments, and at Itaú, in banking, and today I am Lead Product Designer at Crosby Health, a healthtech B2B SaaS.
Alongside the day job, I have been creating design and career content on Instagram and LinkedIn since 2021, mentoring designers since 2022, and in 2026 I launched 90 Days as a Designer.

Lead Product Designer, previously Senior. I lead product design at a healthtech B2B SaaS for home care agencies, working across the product process with product, engineering and research.
I created and governed the strategy of the communication spaces in the Itaú app: the purpose of each space and its content and visual rules, from workshops and research to guides, new formats, A/B tests and team training.
I redesigned the card machine self-registration checkout on cielo.com.br, end to end: merchant interviews, prioritization workshops, prototyping, usability tests, handoff and follow-up with the team.
I joined as a content specialist, noticed the product had no one looking at the experience, pitched the creation of a UX area to the three founders and became responsible for it. I defined metrics and processes, hired a junior designer and redesigned the onboarding. It was my first leadership experience.
I work across the whole product process, from discovery to delivery, together with product, engineering and research teams.
